  1. Open Settings and choose Users.
  2. Invite by work email address and select the role.
  3. The invitation email contains a single-use link for setting a password.
  4. The user appears as pending until they accept.

Changing someone's role

Change the role on the user record. The change applies to their next sign-in — an active session keeps the capabilities it was issued with until its token is refreshed, which is why a role change is usually paired with ending that user's sessions.

When someone leaves

Deactivate the user and end their sessions. Deactivation preserves everything they did; deletion would detach their name from every trip, inspection and event review they were part of.

Ask your team

Support requests are raised from inside Naveera Console, where your organization and your role are already known — which means the answer can be about your configuration rather than the general case.
