A driver in Naveera is two things: a driver profile, which is the operational record the platform schedules against, and a user account, which is what lets that person sign into the driver app. Both are needed before a driver can work a shift.

  1. Open Drivers and choose Add driver.
  2. Enter their name, contact details and employee identifier.
  3. Record licence details and any certifications your contracts require.
  4. Invite them by email so a user account is created and linked to the profile.
  5. Confirm they appear as active. Only active drivers are considered when work is assigned.

Before the first shift

  • The driver has accepted their invitation and set a password.
  • They have installed the driver app and signed in successfully at least once.
  • There is a vehicle they can clock into.

Ask your team

Support requests are raised from inside Naveera Console, where your organization and your role are already known — which means the answer can be about your configuration rather than the general case.
