The sidebar is the primary navigation and is filtered by your capabilities, so two colleagues in different roles will legitimately see different items. It collapses to a menu below tablet width.

Working on a phone or tablet

The Console is responsive and the trip and schedule views are usable on a phone, with drag-to-assign replaced by tap-to-assign on touch devices. Sustained dispatch work is still far easier on a desktop screen, simply because the live board benefits from the width.

A page is missing

  • Check your role first — most missing pages are capability filtering working as designed.
  • If a colleague can reach it and you should be able to, ask an administrator to review your role rather than sharing an account.
  • If nobody can reach it, the feature may not be enabled for your plan. Administrators can see plan level in the organization profile.

Ask your team

Support requests are raised from inside Naveera Console, where your organization and your role are already known — which means the answer can be about your configuration rather than the general case.
