The sidebar is the primary navigation and is filtered by your capabilities, so two colleagues in different roles will legitimately see different items. It collapses to a menu below tablet width.
Working on a phone or tablet
The Console is responsive and the trip and schedule views are usable on a phone, with drag-to-assign replaced by tap-to-assign on touch devices. Sustained dispatch work is still far easier on a desktop screen, simply because the live board benefits from the width.
A page is missing
- Check your role first — most missing pages are capability filtering working as designed.
- If a colleague can reach it and you should be able to, ask an administrator to review your role rather than sharing an account.
- If nobody can reach it, the feature may not be enabled for your plan. Administrators can see plan level in the organization profile.
