Naveera Console is the web application your office team works in. Drivers use the separate Naveera driver app on their phone; the two share one set of records, so a trip a dispatcher moves in the Console appears on the driver's device without anybody re-entering it.
The areas of the Console
- Trips — the day's work. Create, import, schedule, assign and track every trip from here.
- Drivers — your driver roster, their status, their assigned vehicles and their history.
- Vehicles — the fleet, each vehicle's service capabilities, and its inspection and maintenance record.
- Billing — payers, rate tables, claim generation and reconciliation.
- Events — safety and camera events raised by Monarch hardware, for review.
- Settings — organization profile, users, roles, notifications and operational policy.
What you can see depends on your role
The Console hides what your role cannot use rather than showing it and refusing the action. If a colleague describes a screen you cannot find, the most likely explanation is that your role does not carry the capability behind it — not that the screen has moved.
