Detected events arrive in the Events area for a person to review. Nothing is actioned automatically — a detection is a prompt to look, and the review is where judgement is applied.

  1. Open Events. Unreviewed events are listed with their type, vehicle, driver and time.
  2. Open one. The clip plays alongside the detection and the trip context around it.
  3. Decide: confirm it, dismiss it as a false positive, or flag it for coaching.
  4. Add a note. The note, the decision and who made it are recorded against the event.

False positives matter

Dismissing an incorrect detection is not throwing work away — it is the record that stops a driver's pattern being read from events that never happened. Review consistently rather than only when a score moves.
