Driver scores and ratings

A driver score summarises operational signals already recorded elsewhere: on-time performance against the plan, completion and proof-of-service quality, and — where camera hardware is fitted — safety events raised for that driver.

How to read it

The score is a prompt to look, not a conclusion. A driver whose score moves usually has a specific, explainable cause behind it — a run of long-dwell facility pickups, a fortnight on an unfamiliar route — and the underlying events are always available beneath the number.
