A shift in the driver app

Clock in, inspection, trip list, navigation, completion — in the order a driver meets them.

The app is built around one idea: at any moment there is one thing to do next, and it is on the screen. Everything else is one deliberate tap away.

Starting the shift

  1. Sign in and clock in. You are asked which vehicle you are taking.
  2. Complete the pre-trip inspection if one is due. A failed item raises a defect the shop sees immediately.
  3. Your trip list for the day appears, in order, with the first trip highlighted.

Running a trip

  1. Start the trip. Navigation opens to the pickup.
  2. Mark arrival when you reach it. This starts the waiting window if the rider is not there.
  3. Load the rider and confirm any securement the trip requires.
  4. Drive to the drop-off. The app switches guidance automatically.
  5. Complete the trip: capture the signature, add photos if the trip or payer requires them, and confirm the odometer.

Ending the shift

Complete the post-trip inspection and clock out. Anything still queued on the device is submitted before the shift closes, so end the shift in coverage where you can.
