Automatic scheduling produces a proposal, not a locked result. Everything it decides can be changed by hand, before or after publishing.

The schedule board

The Schedule view lays the day out as one column per driver with the unassigned backlog in its own tray. Drag a trip from the tray onto a driver to assign it, or between drivers to move it. On a touch device, tap the trip and then tap the destination driver instead.

The unassigned tray

  • The tray can be read as blocks, as comfortable rows, or as a compact list, depending on how many trips you are working through.
  • It can be resized by dragging its edge, so you can give it more room during a heavy morning.
  • Pulling a trip back into the tray unassigns it without deleting it.

After a change

Reassignment takes effect immediately: the receiving driver's route updates on their device and the trip disappears from the previous driver's list. The original assignment stays in the trip's history so the change can be reviewed later.
